Robert F. Croskery

Robert F. Croskery is the founder of Croskery Law Offices and is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida, as well as associated federal courts. He is a respected and experienced counselor and litigator.  Rob has earned a national reputation for his innovative legal strategies and tenacious advocacy.

In the course of several creative lawsuits, Rob has received national attention, been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, referred to in the Washington Post, and given interviews for the nationally syndicated news magazine 'EXTRA'. He has co-counseled Christina Jeffrey for her wrongful discharge as the House Historian for the House of Representatives.

Rob has appeared on national television programs including Court TV's 'Pros & Cons' and been interviewed over forty times by radio shows in major markets including New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

The creativity started in law school, where Rob became the first law student at the University of Cincinnati in decades to be selected to both Law Review and Moot Court — elected to the Order of the Coif, an honors organization for scholarship, and the Order of Barristers, an honors organization for advocacy.
